     The TESTTITE® manufacturing facility is located in a 40,000-square-foot facility in Chaska, Minnesota.

     Behind our doors are where the ideas, products and services begin.  Our own engineering and development department carefully designs each product to specifications before the first prototypes are created.  Then, after our machine shop manufactures the necessary tooling, products are made.  Testing includes inflation, back pressure and destruction for each size and style of plug, to make sure it meets our safety factors.  After necessary production procedures are carefully checked, the product goes into production.

     A skilled staff of assembly technicians produces our rubber products from the finest raw materials.  Each stage of assembly is carefully inspected and tested right through to the finished and tested products.  Each plug is tested and inspected to ensure it meets our rigid standards.  The result is a quality line of pipe plugs, air test plugs and bypass plugs designed for temporarily stopping flow, low-pressure testing or bypassing in sewer lines.

     Our experience in plug design and production gives us the ability to produce custom plugs.  The availability of our own design team and internal machine shop reduces lead times considerably, so we can provide customers the products they need.  Special sizes, shapes or uses are achieved with minimal costs.
